Terms of Service

1. The service

ManyDocs is a browser-based document automation service. It combines a document template with spreadsheet rows and creates downloadable files on your device. Document generation and ordinary template editing run locally in your browser.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe the account has been compromised.

3. Your files and content

You retain ownership of the documents, spreadsheets, templates, and other content you use with ManyDocs. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful authority needed to process that content.

• Files selected for generation are processed locally and are not uploaded to ManyDocs.
• A template is uploaded to private storage only when you explicitly choose “Save to account”.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

4. Free use, credits, and subscriptions

Free usage is subject to the limit shown in the service. One credit authorizes one generated document. Purchased credits currently do not expire, are not transferable, and have no cash value. An Unlimited subscription provides access while it remains active.

• Prices and applicable taxes are shown by Paddle at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled.
• Cancellation takes effect as shown in the Paddle customer portal; access normally continues through the paid period.
• A refund may remove unused credits associated with the refunded purchase.

5. Payments

Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and handles checkout, payment, tax, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds. A purchase is also governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy presented at checkout.

6. Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep ManyDocs reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Browser previews may differ from the final rendering in Microsoft Word or other office software.

7. Intellectual property

ManyDocs, its interface, software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

8. Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before relying on, signing, or distributing them. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ManyDocs is provided “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, payment integrity, or comply with law. You may stop using ManyDocs at any time and may request account deletion by contacting us. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through Paddle.
